Tsujiki Premium Blend

Cultivated in Shirakawa, Uji, and produced by the Tsuji family, our Premium Blend brings together Samidori and Yabukita cultivars. Samidori contributes rich umami and sweetness, while Yabukita adds a robust character. Together, they create a balanced matcha with depth and versatility, enjoyed whisked with water or prepared with milk.

The tea is grown beneath traditional double-layer canopy shading for approximately 50 days, then slowly ground using stone mills.
